By accessing or using the Axyle platform, including the website at axyle.app, associated SDKs, and any related tools ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Axyle ("we", "our", or "us").
2. Description of Service
Axyle provides a privacy-focused mobile app analytics platform, including event tracking, dashboards, funnels, AI-powered insights, and supplementary tools such as AppShots and ShareMRR. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Usage beyond your plan limits may result in throttling or a prompt to upgrade
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Access another user's account without authorization
- Send personally identifiable information (PII) of end users through analytics events without proper consent
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in a way that degrades service for others
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you. We will not sell or share Your Data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Axyle and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand assets. Content you generate using our tools (e.g., ShareMRR cards, AppShots screenshots) is yours to use freely.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as RevenueCat, TrustMRR, Slack, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
